A 0.3V Low Cost Low Power 24 GHz Low Noise Amplifier with Body Bias Technology

This paper proposed a 0.3 V, low power consumption, 24Ghz low noise amplifier (LNA), using 0.18 μm CMOS technology, and be widely used in frequency modulated continuous waveform (FMCW) radar. Base on three stages cascaded architecture and applying body bias technology in every stage to reduce power consumption significantly and keep gain and linearity. The proposed LNA gain and noise are 10.68dB and 4.18dB, respectively.
