The problem of RF radiator with force detector

For static and dynamic measurement of one component force was invented a force sensor based on flexible structure MEMS [1] as well as information sensing method for this sensor, based on high-frequency absorption effect [2]. Very important and difficult part of force sensor design is RF field radiator. This article deals with design and simulation of this radiator features. To ensure the reliability of transmission of acting forces information from MEMS to the evaluation device, the radiator geometry is adjusted to the size of sensing element (MEMS) so, that we avoid parasite mechanical and electrical influences during force sensing.
