Quantum-Dot cellular automata divider

One of the most important mathematical operations is division. An efficient divider can be of great assistance in designing arithmetic circuits. The Quantum cellular automata (QCA) is an encouraging technology which seems to be a good successor of existing digital systems. Thus, an efficient QCA divider will facilitate creating QCA computational and arithmetic systems. In this paper, a high performances QCA two-bit divider is presented. It has a very dense and a robust structure with high speed and clocking performance.
