New Biochip-Based Absolute Quantitative Detection System for Nucleic Acid Molecules: A Primary Assay

Absolute quantitative detection system study for nucleic acid molecules is an eye-catching subject in molecular biology. Many large companies are continuing to pour money into research and development of this kind technology such as digital PCR. We demonstrate here for a new design biochip-based absolute quantitative detection system, in which polymer biochip combines with algorithm computation to find out absolute quantitative concentration for HBV-DNA in clinical samples. Our results show that the way to construction of inexpensive portable device for absolute qPCR is highly possible with biochip-based and computer-aided system.
