Abstract:

In this paper we describe a technical system for DC motor speed control. The speed of DC motor is controlled using Arduino programming platform and MATLAB's Simulink coder. This paper contains introduction to using an Arduino board and Simulink PI controller in closed loop system. It will be described how to program Arduino with Simulink coder and in the end we present the results of PI controller for DC motor speed will be given.
