Live work training and skills development at RTE

Our live work training system addresses the need for developing the professional skills of HVB maintenance operators; thus, an employee initially trained to be a live work operator can develop towards the status of live work coordinator. Each initial training course has its own advanced training module, which helps meet the requirements of RTE and reinforce the skills of employees. Our training method is approved by the live working committee and is based on theoretical knowledge and learning of the actual operations, through exercises and work in practical situations. With 50 years' experience in live work training, we have developed an effective and proven improvement loop, which addresses our quantitative and qualitative concerns and meets the needs of RTE. Today, our aim is to enhance adaptability, so as to be able to handle internal and external requirements alike.
