Education for requirements elicitation using group-work and role-play

In this paper, the requirement education methods we have proposed using role-play are introduced, and the difficulty for practicing requirements elicitation skill is discussed. In order to lead a system development project to success, skill exhaustively eliciting requirements with a customer's genuine need is definitely required. We propose the way of systematically developing the goal-oriented requirements model. The result for comparing the goal model diagram developed by the proposed way with the previously developed diagram as an answer obviously shows the proposed way is effective.
