TE-surface vaves exitation as an instrument for control of the template relief

The model for the optical response of the template with sinusoidal relief based on a self-consistent analytical approach is proposed. The dispersion properties of evanescent TE-polarized surface waves under Kretchman configuration is studied theoretically in the frame of the effective susceptibility concept. An influence relief parameters on dispersion spectrum of the TE waves is investigated.
