Heterojunction Devices Using Graphene and Other Two-Dimensional Materials [Guest Editorial]

The articles in this special section focus on the deployment of heterojunction devices using graphene and other two-dimensional materials. This research momentum led to finding other layered materials systems, including transition metal di chalcogenides and a variety of new 2-D materials with an ability to tune their band gap based on the number of layers.
