Evaluation of ICT in basic education based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation

ICT in basic education is the only way to realize the modernization of basic education. However, it is difficult to make a reasonable and accurate judgment on ICT in basic education only by qualitative method or general assessment method, which makes assessment have fuzziness. And the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation can be used to make appropriate description of the fuzzy evaluation, which is helpful to objectively describe ICT in basic education. The steps of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation include determining factor set and comment set of the evaluation object, determining the weight set, determining the subordinate relations, establishing fuzzy judgment matrix, and make fuzzy comprehensive evaluation finally.
