Star Polar Subcodes

A generalization of polar subcodes is proposed together with the associated list decoding algorithm. The proposed algorithm admits parallel implementation, provides lower latency and better performance compared to the Tal-Vardy list decoding method, with a slight increase in decoding complexity.
