Design and development of electric vehicle battery charging using MIMO boost converter

The conventional energy present today is limited to fulfill the demand of automobile engineering. To explore renewable energy in automobile engineering the source needed for applications can be renewable sources. Now-a-days Electric Vehicles are battery operated and to charge the battery the renewable sources are used. This paper highlights on power from multiple sources to charge batteries by using non-isolated Multi-input Multi-output (MIMO) boost converter. This helps to interface the reliable power source with available renewable. There can be many inputs and outputs depending on the requirement. Thus the requirement of electric vehicle powering is fulfilled.
