Simulation modeling of the rolling mill stand 5000 OJSC MMK

This paper addresses the simulation modeling of the rolling mill stand 5000 OJSC MMK. The main purpose is to simulate a synchronous. The close loop control system of the synchronous drive was made. The modeling results were simulated by the Matlab/Simulink program. The result modeling of the rolling mill stand 5000 were carried out at the difficult-to-form steel grade X70 in the range of roughing and finish rolling. It can allow us to obtain the transients of an angular speed and a torque by the drive.
