Expediency of disaggregation of workshop transformer substations

The choice of number and power of transformers on substations is defined by the size and character of electric loadings (to ensure reliability of power supply and to comply with the nature of electricity consumption), territorial placement of loadings, their perspective change and is proved by technical and economic calculations. Disaggregation of substations with their maximum approach to places of electricity consumption is among design decisions specific to industrial networks. At the high density of loadings, a difficult and extensive low voltage network should consider expediency of disaggregation of high voltage substation for increase of reliability of food and depreciation of a construction of a low-voltage network. The disaggregation provided by the concept will allow reducing the extent of lines of a low-tension class and losses at transferring electric power to increase reliability and quality of power supply of consumers. The main objective is reduced to determination of expediency of disaggregation of the existing systems, determination of rational concentration of power of electric sources and effective radius of power supply.
