The paper presents a systematic approach for evaluating entropic potentials and their defining characteristics under different circumstances. These characteristics are informative and allow for better organization of monitoring and control. They can serve as a foundation for easily understood cognitive images of a system state. The technology presented in the following paper is adapted to the conditions of uncertainty that are endemic to the most of the practical tasks.
