The method and algorithm of speech-like noise formation

The proposed method and algorithm of speech-like noise formation represents a random series of the Russian speech sounds. This algorithm is implemented using with the C# programming language and Microsoft Visual Studio 2016 IDE. It can be used for location protection as a part of vibroacoustic protection systems.
