Routing tensor model presented in the basis of interpolar paths and internal node pairs

The routing tensor model in the basis of interpolar paths and internal node pairs with the guarantees by the packet rate and end-to-end delay is presented. The research demonstrated that the guarantees is provided for all paths in realization of the routing tensor model. The use of specified coordinate system facilitates compliance with the requirements for the packet end-to-end delay, i.e. average delays along different paths are not exceed the acceptable value.
