The ways of creation and use of telecommunication systems in the terahertz band transport distribution 5G mobile networks

The results of research of the main trends and prospects of transport distribution networks development (Mobile backhaul) and the possibilities of using fixed telecommunication systems of terahertz band wireless communication in the framework of building mobile networks 5G are shown. Described designed and experimentally investigated terahertz range radio communication (130-134GHz) with application to build ultrahigh rate (over 1 Gbit/s) transport distribution networks.
