Removing vibration blur from a single image based on coded exposure

In the field of remote sensing, the vibration caused by satellite platform would affect the captured image quality. So the fast image restoration method is proposed in this passage. Combining the vibration detection and coded exposure, this method can remove vibration blur from a single remote sensing image. The vibration is detected by fiber-optic gyroscope, and the PSF is calculated from the vibration data. With coded exposure, the blurred image can be recovered by direct inverse filtering quickly. Experimental results show that the presented algorithm could yield better subjective experience and superior objective evaluation values, and the time consumption significantly reduced.
