Intelligence method for calculating the most appropriate asset maintenance and replacement based on weibull analytics

This paper presents the proposal of intelligence method for health index calculations in order to assess power system asset condition more accurately. The method is based on a new worldwide differential approach. It should improve standard Weibull analytics, providing more accurate overview of assets conditions with prediction analytical reaming life time and behaviour prediction of methods based on Weibull analytics. The method is based on differences between actual age and Weibull calculated theoretical age, as well as between actual health index and theoretical health index.
