New construction types of a linear electromagnetic motor with the active teeth-slot zone

New types of constructions of a linear electromagnetic motor with the active teeth-slot zone for the vibrocompressor electric drive have been considered. The active teeth-slot zone provides accurate positioning of the compressor driven element. Such motors applied in compressor equipment instead of rotating ones will permit to minimize friction pair quantity, increase compressor reliability and endurance and decrease its mass and overall dimensions. The teeth-zone configuration has been validated to increase maximal amplitude value of the electromagnetic motor static traction performance. The comparative analysis of the traction performances has been made. The tractive force distribution in the linear electromagnetic motor teeth-slot zone has been presented. The most effective teeth-slot zone areas corresponding to the static traction performance maximum have been found. The investigation results can be used in the development of linear electromagnetic motors with the active teeth-slot zone for the vibrocompressor electric drive.
