Electric parameters identification of synchronous generator connecting to the grid

The paper describes a new method of parameter identification of synchronous generator, which allows identifying generator parameters from oscillograms of currents and voltages after connection to the grid. There are some theoretical foundations in the paper and explanations for oscillograms processing of transient process are given. Action of the proposed method is demonstrated on the digital model of simplest grid with salient-pole machine. Calculated results are also performed in paper.
