Personification and Optimization of Learning Based on Technology for Evaluation and Monitoring of Complex Processes: Uchi.ru Case Study

Modern information technologies has changed our world dramatically during last years. We see how a number of traditional professions were died, and how a number of new specialities and workplaces were born under pressure of new technologies. Technologies are moving so quickly, and in so many directions, that it becomes challenging to even keep in mind a general picture. In this article, we shortly discuss disruptive technologies and tried to formulate our vision how they could change the very core activities in every society -education. The analysis shown that the main challenge and apical point for educational systems is adaptation and personification of educational process. The principal grounds are illustrated on the example of Uchi.ru platform.
