Three-dimensional flow of an upper convected Maxwell fluid between two horizontal parallel porous plates with periodic injection/suction

A mathematical model for the 3-dimensional Couette flow of an upper convected Maxwell fluid is established and studied theoretically. Perturbation method is applied to solve the overriding equations. The dependence of main flow velocity component through parallel porous plates on flow factors such as injection/suction parameter, Reynolds number injection/suction parameter and the Deborah number are discussed graphically.
