A proposition for DTV Web API interface

This paper represents a proposition for DTV low level Web API. Web API provides web applications with access to the device hardware and data stored on the device. Integration of DTV Web API expands existing web features and supplies web developers with tools for embedding DTV functionalities into web applications.
