A study on some features of the solution of general bianisotropic waveguides

The calculation of general bianisotropic waveguides are often quite complicated. In the procedures of these solutions, complicated expressions should be handled and their interpretation becomes difficult. In this presentation, we shall deduct rigorous and general equations for the field components in matrix form which is quite simple, easy to be incorporated into computer software and important features of bianisotropic waveguides can be obtained. The solutions of bianisotropic circular and parallel-plate waveguides will also be discussed.
