Simulation water level system with feedback feedfoward control

Water level system is a system used to ensure the continuity of water supply in a water tank in an industrial process particularly storage tank of fuel. Control that used in this research is feedback systems feedforward a controller. Feedback systems of controller used to restore the state toward setpoint quickly, whereas the feedforward a controller able to overcome the absence of a disturbance. This controller uses proportional integrator (PI) by using rules zeiger nichols. Ziegler and nichols this provides rules to determine the value of Kp, τi, and τd based on transient characteristic response from plant. This principle the level of control on a tank so can dimonitoring every time. Actuator plant it will be control valve use a solenoid valve. Valve this works on / off with trigger voltage. Of the calculation on MATLAB obtained p = 24.075, i = 3.75, in feedback obtained rise time 20.3 s, settling time 0.931 s, overshoot 33.9 %. While in feedback feedforward obtained rise time 1.15 s, settling time 19,9 s, overshoot 18,4 %. Then the dynamic response obtained from known better respond Feedback feedforward than feedback response.
