Human resources management strategy on an innovative company: Competence approach

In today's rapidly changing external environment for Russian innovative companies become more urgent strategic development. The main task of strategic management is to predict changes and preparation companies to domestic change. In order to achieve this objective through functional strategy of the company is important to use modern methods of analysis and controlling system. The article proposed the competence-based approach in the integration of human resources strategy in the overall strategy of an innovative enterprise.
