An interaction platform for universities and enterprises of the scientific and industrial complex in Russia

The paper presents a mechanism for interaction of universities and research and production enterprises through a network of inter-industry centers for scientific and technological forecasting. Such a network can interconnect the objectives of strategic planning with the objects of management (actors) and capabilities of industry-specific centers of scientific and technological forecasting as a single information platform based on an integration mechanism of economic integrity of strategic character and with the use of cognitive management technologies.
