Experience of cooperation between St. Petersburg universities and industrial enterprises

The paper presents the experience of St. Petersburg universities cooperating with research and industrial enterprises of the city, including in terms of the Strategy of Socioeconomic Development of St. Petersburg until 2035. It reveals the problems of training Bachelors, Masters, PhD students in the universities of Russia today. The principles of strategic partnership between universities and enterprises which train human resources are revealed, including the process of lifelong learning. The paper says that to ensure training of human resources, it is not only necessary to use informative approach, but also apply cognitive technologies in training human resources (anticipatory training), which help foresee the situations in future for forming a strategic development plan of science, technology and education.
