MUSE: Microscopy via UV excitation for rapid histology

MUSE (Microscopy with Ultraviolet Surface Excitation) is a novel method for rapid histology which relies on the micron-scale penetration of UV light into the tissue and requires no fixation, paraffin-embedding, or physical thin sectioning, and generates images within a minute of obtaining a tissue sample.
