Retracted: The Creation and Exploration of Revit Family Based on BIM Technology

With the popularization and spread of the multi-dimensional parameterized models based on BIM technology, a technological revolution has been raised in the construction engineering. Parametric modeling is the core and basis of the BIM technology, the modelers are expected to be proficient and accurate in creating project model. This paper provides a detailed description of the creation process of the European lunette model which takes the practical engineering for instance, and introduces briefly the building model of a dome in family template of Autodesk Revit. Moreover, the paper provides some suggestions for the application of BIM technology through the exploration of the modeling examples of typical components in European architecture, and puts forward some reasonable proposals for the modeling of Autodesk Revit.
