A similar trademark retrieval system based on rotation invariant local features

This paper describes a new method to extract rotation invariant local features. The features are invariant not only to a global rotation but also to a local rotation. In addition, a similar trademark retrieval system is proposed, which is based on the rotation invariant local features. By experiment, it is shown that we can find the similar trademark with high probability by checking only higher ranked trademarks.
