The diode laser for Rb standard with the cavity coordinated to modulation frequency

The spectrum of the diode laser radiation at a wavelength of 795 nm with a microwave pump modulation current have been studied. The resonance dependence of the amplitude of the side band due to the microwave frequency was registered. The half-width of observing resonance was 0.02 GHz.
