118 GHz MMIC radiometer for the (IMAS) integrated multispectral atmospheric sounder

This paper describes the design and development of a 118 GHz HEMT MMIC based radiometer that was developed for the IMAS Program. The radiometer demonstrated state-of-the-art performance utilizing TRW's InP MMIC technology in a reduced size, lightweight package.
