Single layer graphene Raman bands modifications as result of transfer from copper foil to oxidized silicon or quartz substrates

The modification of characteristic Raman bands of CVD grown graphene as a result of transfer are being presented. Graphene was transferred by means of electrochemical delamination from copper foil to oxidized silicon or quartz substrates. From the Raman spectra that certify the presence of single layer graphene we extracted peak characteristic parameters and obtained graphene quality and defect ratios. The results obtained show that after transfer the dispersion associated to some Raman peaks feature (Full width half maximum) has been improved for each targeted substrate.
