Stochastic multi-objective dynamic optimal dispatch for combined heat and power microgrid

This paper proposed a stochastic multi-objective dynamic optimization dispatch model, combined with a system simulation module and an operation optimization module, in order to minimize the operational and environmental cost of an integrated CHP microgrid. The uncertainties of wind speed, irradiance and load are considered in the system simulation module, thus forming a stochastic simulation module. The stochastic multi-objective dynamic optimization dispatch model was solved by a modified multi-objective generic algorithm based on the non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm-II, which was modified by introducing the technology of initial point guide to speed up its convergence and to improve the distribution characteristics of its Pareto front. Finally, the model and algorithm was applied in a practical CHP microgrid, and the results were compared with those of traditional deterministic dynamic optimization dispatch, by which the effects of the proposed model and the feasibility of the modified algorithm were justified.
