A new design and implementation of expanding testing space of a transverse electromagnetic cell

Aiming to overcome the restrictions on available testing space in practical needs, a new type of design of transverse electromagnetic (TEM) cell, which is improved in structure under the premise of not suppressing the upper working frequency, is introduced by this paper. At last, an implementation of the design in practical application and its error analysis are given out.
