Automated quality control of high frequency radar data II

A paper was presented at OCEANS'12 by the authors on a similar topic. The original paper was more of a formulation of ideas for automated quality control of HF radar data with only a listing of potential tests. This paper lays out the framework for the quality assurance methods and quality control tests for the entire data processing chain. The paper also synthesizes a number of papers that have been presented recently on this topic of HF radar data quality control.
