Continued current meter development

This paper is a cautionary tale about replacement of a controller in a successful current meter when the previous controller became unavailable. The hardware changes required dealing with a new footprint and new voltages and these were done in 2014 and tested in 2015 but the revisions of the C code begun in 2015 have taken all of 2016 to reach the critical testing stage in July 2016 with reports of some final tests deferred until presentation of the paper in September.
