FMR study of the film systems based on magnetic and noble metals

The results of the temperature influence on the phase structure, magnetic properties and ferromagnetic resonance of the ferromagnetic (Py) / noble metal (Ag) / ferromagnetic (Co) structures were studied. The resonance parameters of studying structure were identified. The dependence of investigated magnetic parameters vs. thickness of non-magnetic layer was founded. Thus, the value of the resonance field is increases from 650 to 687 Oe at the increasing of the Ag interlayer thickness from 3 to 12 nm. At the same time the effective magnetization is decreases from 1330 to 1250 emu/cm

. Such behavior of the investigated parameter values is a result of exchange interaction between the Py and Co layers.
