Modeling and Simulation of Central Bank Independence Coordination Mechanism

On the basis of China's financial system and combined with the related theory of monetary stability and financial stability, this paper constructed the decision function among the central Banks, financial institutions and government departments, which forces the central bank independence, monetary stability and financial stability under a unified framework for analysis. At first, this paper analyzes the independence of the central bank on monetary and financial stability policy effective coordination and influence, and the establishment of a coordination mechanism model, then the model is solved, analyzes the policy formulation and implementation, and provide a basis for empirical research, finally has carried on the simulation case study. The results show that the model has certain guiding significance.
