Secret communication through information camouflaging in the Mimesis and the crypsis way

Secret communication techniques, like camouflaging in living species, exist since a long time. Living species depend upon their deception skills for survival. Similarly, data encryption and data hiding techniques are used to protect the secrecy of confidential information. This paper suggests a novel set of elliptic curve based unimodular maps for image encryption and a selective bit replacement algorithm for hiding the secret. Safe transmission of the map and encryption keys is done through ECC.
