Research on the application of membrane separation technology in onboard inert gas generating system

With the rapid development of membrane separation technology, domestic aircrafts start to use the technology in OBIGGS for preventing undersired ignition and explosion. This article talks about the mechanism of membrane separation as well as the performance of separated membrane (membrane material, membrane fabrication technology and membrane separation module) in the membrane separation technology. With some researches and experiments on the application of membrane separation technology in OBIGGS, the article concludes some useful experiences, and promotes the use of membrane separation technology in OBIGGS.
