Evolution of the exposure level in Poland

In this paper the measurements of the exposure levels in several offices and home sites in Wroclaw, Poland in 2011 and in 2015 are compared in order to observe their evolution with time. It has been found that the exposure dose that is given in Polish regulations for workers is a good metrics for this purpose. All types of exposure (base stations and terminals) are taken in account. The results are compared with the national and ICNIRP exposure limits. It has been found that even that the exposure level is growing with time it is still far below the exposure limits.
