Arduino and Rx/Tx based low cost class monitoring system

Class monitoring systems which were used till now were effective in avoiding class proxies but they were not able to detect whether the class is actually running or not for a given particular duration of the lecture sessions. Proteus simulation model of the system is also developed to check the real time working. The real prototype is developed and implemented in the UPES to check the accuracy. Monitoring of all the classes running smoothly and updates are transmitted to the head office. IR lasers and PIR sensors are used for detection of number of persons entering the room. Further the benefit of this system is that the proxies can be easily caught. If the person with multiple cards enters in the room, then the system only send the input of one person but if he/she punches multiple cards (which is placed inside the room) then it can be easily detected.
