Structure-oriented marker extraction in morphological segmentation

Marker extraction is an important step in the morphological segmentation procedure, while traditional methods based on size and contrast are not perfect. We advance a new marker extraction method named "structure-oriented marker extraction", which is proved to be a robust and perfect technique.
