Analysis and on-line measurement method of kinetic energy stiffness for mechanical electro-hydraulic system

Aimed at the question that reliability and safety of the mechanical electro-hydraulic system, kinetic energy stiffness (KES) is used as an index to evaluate the performance degradation degree, furthermore, the on-line measurement method of KES based on information fusion theory is put forward. According to the dynamic model of system, the physical meaning of KES and its application background are analyzed. By using the signal modulation and information fusion technology, the signal of torque, angular velocity, pressure and volume flow are fused as Lissajous-Figur, and the change of graphic feature can dynamically identify KES. The research results show that the change of KES is the result of intercoupling between multi-energy parameters. And the inclination of Lissajous-Figur characterizes the change of KES, which is a new method to evaluate the on-line running state, reliability and safety of equipment.
