A method for estimating PET spatial resolution

In this work, we seek to examine the relationship between the established method of spatial resolution measurement and the image reconstruction options and conditions encountered in a clinical setting. We alter the methodology with which spatial resolution is measured, and examine how these changes in methods affect the measured results. We also present an alternative method for spatial resolution measurement with potential advantages over the existing standard.
