Research developments in the field neurocomputing

Neurocomputing defined is a computational process based on the way the brain works, and the process of primitive neural emulation in software or hardware. This paper introduces the field of neural networks by presenting a framework for designing ANN (neuron model, network structure and learning algorithm), and then proceed with a review of some of the most famous types of neural networks. Some examples of applications of all networks will be presented in this paper.
